Hello world! As we start this journey I just want to first of all thank everyone who has extended to us any version of support, whether it be in the form of a simple smile, a spot in a personal evening prayer, a concert attendance, a t-shirt purchase, or even just a myspace song play. Thank you for taking the time out to listen. With these blogs, my intention is for you to understand who we are and what we have to say. To sit here and say we are just a band that wants to make music for the sake of making noise would be like senselessly making fists, punching the air and being astonished at our exhaustion. Karlheinz Stockhausen once wrote: “It [speaking of art] reveals our existence and ourselves, and thereby changes us as human beings”. Our desire is to share experiences and gained knowledge that has formed us as artists, musicians and as humans, and do it more interestingly than to just set music to previously written text. Some will call it evasive, we prefer artistic. Approach us as you will, but approach us if simply for the sake of striking conversation and hearing where our hearts are at.
